• Best price guarantee! Say what? Yes, we are very confident in our prices. If you find the EXACT product (of equal size, material specification, description, delivery time and print specification) for a lower price, we will not only meet the price but offer a 15% discount coupon also!

• Quotations are based on existing stock and item availability will be confirmed upon receipt of the purchase order

• Don’t need a print? Simply deduct 5% from the listed prices for blank items.

• All prices shown in the catalogue include a 1 colour print in 1 location unless otherwise stated. No further artwork or set up fees are applicable unless MOQs and artwork requirements are not met.

• Looking for blank items wholesale? Please call the office for pricing.

• Need a printed catalogue? Give us a shout and we would be happy to send a copy.

• Our typical Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for purchases is between 50-100 pcs. 
• For purchases less than 100pcs, a standard setup fee of TT$150 would apply. 
•  Standard ordering terms: 50% downpayment and balance on delivery. For registered and repeat customers, NET 30 is applicable. 
•  We accept company cheques, cash, wire transfers, direct deposits, PayPal, Linx and credit card. Standard delivery times are stated on each item, for rush delivery, a surcharge between 10-30% may apply depending on the timeline. 
•  Need a sample? Simply call/ email and we can arrange for a rep to visit and drop off a sample. 
• Need a custom printed sample with your logo? A fee will be applicable which is refundable once the order is placed. 
• The prices in our catalogue are based on a standard conversion of 1USD = 6.70 TTD exchange rate. We reserve the right to adjust prices if the USD dollar value fluctuates against the current conversion rate.

• All artwork is required in original vector format. 
• We accept Adobe Illustrator (ai), PDF or Eps vector files. 
• Artwork can be sent via email or it can be taken from a flash drive.
• If artwork is sent in jpeg or lower resolution formats they will not be printed clearly and therefore they cannot be used. We do not accept or print artwork which is not vectorized. In order to print, we will be required to redraw the artwork for which a standard fee of $200 will apply. Once paid, the artwork will be sent to you for future usage
